The Lord will guide the storm weary sailor safely home to peaceful harbor. Jesus is the light that shines in the path of darkness.

 He is the lighthouse.  He also shines the beam that brightens the inner home of your heart.  May the radiance of Jesus shine in your heart and home guiding weary travelers to light and life in Christ.

Father, Forgive Us!

We come before your throne of grace and humbly confess that we have sinned.

Please forgive our sins and heal our hearts, our homes,  nation and our land! In Jesus Name I pray!"

The painting of the lighthouse was inspired by the beam of light that shone one fourth of July night across the sea from Jekyl Island, Georgia

Jesus Calms the Storm

"And when He got into the boat, his disciples followed Him. And behold there arose a great storm in the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves; but He Himself was asleep, and they said to Him and awoke Him saying. "Save us Lord, we are perishing!" And He said to them, "Why are you timid, you men of little faith?"  Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea and it became perfectly calm. And the men marveled,  saying what kind of man is this that even the winds and the sea obey him?"
