Paradise is a realm of beauty beyond compare. It is a mountainous land
where the presence of the Spirit of God captivates your thoughts with His Divine
splendor and majesty. The Invisible Spirit of God mesmerizes your spirit
with His Beauty and awesome light. It is a kingdom where there is no pain or sickness.
The evergreen forest abounds with wildlife and the gardens are filled with fruit
and flowers. Children play free from harm. Glorious adventure awaits, let us
begin the expedition. Explore with your dreams and imagination. Join
the Dance of Life!

May God
Bless your journey with His Peace that passes all understanding. Along the
way we may encounter some severe turbulence. Do not fear, reach out to our
Guide and Guardian, the Lord of Love, Jesus Christ. In the deepest,
darkest hour, as we keep our eyes focused on the light, Jesus fills His
Children with peace, love and strength. His Comfort embraces
and soothes as we continue to praise the Lord and thank Him in the midst of
every circumstance.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by
prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to
God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your
hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
Pathway to Paradise Mountain

Our destination is Paradise Mountain. We
are going to the breathtaking mountains of holiness. On Angel's wings we will
dance on the winds of the spirit and the seas of living water to the
Everlasting City of Light and Life, the New Jerusalem on Mt Zion. We
will sail into the light at the center of heaven's galactic portal. Our
passport states our name has been written in the Book of Life.
"They that wait upon the Lord shall renew
their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall
walk, and not faint."

Our Lord Christ Jesus, the King of Kings, the
Prince of Peace rules the wind, land and sea and all that dwells within the
heavens and the earth. He is Lord and Master of the universe. We
must keep our thoughts focused on the Lord of Peace in every situation, trusting
that He will overcome, transforming our lives into glorious victory from defeat,
loneliness and despair. He can turn the darkest clouds into showers of
blessing.
Restoration of the Lighthouse

Our mission on this journey is to
restore the light to a lighthouse on a deserted northern island. The
once glorious lighthouse lies in ruins in a frozen wasteland and is in dire need of restoration.
The lighthouse does not send out a light, it is broken, overgrown with weeds and brambles. The island
lighthouse once was the most glorious in all the world. It's light shone
across the waters warning seafaring travelers of danger from rock and ice.
Our dream is to restore the
light and rebuild the lighthouse, so that it will once again send forth the light and save weary
travelers from shipwreck. On the journey we will restore the island
lighthouse back to the beautiful oasis garden of light that it was
before it fell into disrepair and was covered up by stormy seas, sand and ice, hidden
and lost from view ages ago. Once the light is restored, the beam will
guide us on our voyage to paradise.
On this journey we must learn
to lay aside our differences and love our brothers and sisters. We must
reach out to the Lord and each other in love and help heal the wounded
hearts. We must shine like lights for Jesus to help restore the
lighthouse.
"Beloved, let us love one another, for
love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He
who does not love does not know God, for God is love." (1 John 4:7-8)
"Love is patient and is kind; love does not
envy; loves does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely,
does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in
iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails." (1
Corinthians 13:4-8)

Our Heavenly Father loves every
nation, we are all His created children, we are brothers and sisters. God
desires that every person enter this journey to paradise. We have all
sinned and walked in darkness.
Everyone has missed the channel marker and
sailed uncharted, forbidden seas. (Romans 3:23) When we choose the wrong
path, we sail in darkness as deceived lost children. Jesus, the Master Navigator loves His ship's crew and passengers and
desires to forgive our mistakes and get us back on the right course.

((John 3:16) "For God so
loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have everlasting life." Jesus died in our place on the
cross, He took the punishment for the sins of the world upon Himself, so that we
could be forgiven and reconciled to God.

Along this voyage to Paradise sometimes we
stumble and fall and get off course. Jesus continues to loves us, no
matter what we have done, He grieves when we do evil and dances with joy with
the angels when we correct our mistakes. When we fall down, we must get up
and try again with God's help to sail towards the right path. We must not
turn back to uncharted, forbidden waters.

Shipwrecked and saved from perishing by the Cross
of Christ
When we receive Christ
as our Savior, He rescues our perishing soul at sea and we are born
again into the family of God; we become children of light and fellowship again
at the Captain's table. Jesus becomes the Captain of our ship and
the Navigator of our lives granting us passage into His Eternal
Kingdom. If we rebel and choose to sail our own course, we will continue
to perish in darkness and lose our place at the Captain's Table forever.
We will become the children of darkness doomed to shipwreck for eternity.

Jesus is the Captain of
the Ship and Lord of the Sea!
Our Heavenly Father
became a man and died on a cross to save His Children. He is a sacrificial
lamb and shed His Blood for the remission of the sins of the world. Jesus
loves His Children, He forgives and sets His Children
free from sin. God loves the person, but the sin of His
Children breaks His Heart. Our Heavenly Father continues to
love us no matter what we do. He wants to heal us, and turn our lives
around so that we can become children of light. God expects us to give the
ship's wheel to Him and grant Him the navigational controls of our lives.
We must allow Jesus to be Lord of our lives, asking Him to direct the sails that
guide us on our adventure to Paradise. We must trust Him to be our
compass on the journey.

Rebellion against God's direction dooms
the children of darkness to a stormy whirlwind catastrophe that leads to eternal
judgment, suffering shipwreck and death in a black abyss. There
comes a point when God no longer allows evil
to continue, and judgment will come. He cannot allow sin to go on
forever. "The wages of sin is death, but the gift
of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
Our Heavenly Father
is a God of love and forgiveness, but He is also a God of judgment and
righteousness. The Lord takes action to stop the sin, as a loving
parent He corrects His children. It doesn't matter if you are a thief,
drug addict, or an alcoholic, Jesus will forgive what you have done, if you ask
His forgiveness and turn from your evil ways. He can heal you from your
addictions, evil delusions, sexual perversions and set you free to be full of
the glorious light and love of our one and only true living God, the Lord of
Heaven and Earth. He fills our every void with His light and healing love.
God forgives our sin when we turn from evil and come to Him. You will no
longer walk in darkness, but will soar into the light as His beloved forgiven
child.
If we
confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse
us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 9) Jesus can change the course
of every situation and bring good from evil. "We know that all things work
together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according
to His purpose." (Romans 8:28) There is hope in Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the Anchor and He is the Rock of Ages.
Come to Jesus now, He loves you, He died for
your sins, confess your sins to the Lord and receive Christ into your life as
your Lord and Savior. He knows the prayer of your heart. Pray with me now,
"Lord Jesus, I have sinned and made mistakes, forgive my sins, wash me
clean, white as snow, make me a new person inside, fill me with your Spirit.
I want to be your forgiven child. I accept your sacrifice on the cross for
my sins, receive me now into your kingdom family. Thank you, Father for
saving my life from sin and giving me new life in your spirit. Help me
walk each day with your guidance. From this day forth I am washed from
sin, cleansed by Your Blood, filled with your spirit, born again, raised from
the walking dead to dance a new life of love, peace and joy in your spirit.
Thank you Jesus for saving my life, I have been born again in the spirit, in
Jesus name, and I give you control of my life, you now have the throne of my
life, you are the captain of my ship, in Jesus name I pray, amen and amen." Jesus and the angels in heaven rejoice over
your decision. Welcome to the family of God! Ask Jesus to direct
your life and lead you in His will for your life. He has a wonderful plan
for your life.

This journey to paradise has been written in an
allegorical format in an attempt to describe the glorious adventure of the
Christian along the path to Everlasting Life and to spread the good news that
Jesus is coming soon and we need to be ready. There is a sanctuary from
the turmoil in the present life in Jesus Christ. that brings hope, peace and
salvation. An allegory is the representation of abstract ideas or
principles by characters, figures, or events in narrative, dramatic, or
pictorial presentations. This type of portrayal has been used by Christian
authors in works such as "Pilgrims Progress" by John Bunyan and "The Lion, the
Witch and the Wardrobe" by C. S. Lewis,
and more recently in music videos as "The
Great Adventure" by Steven Curtis Chapman.
The celestial sea is a representation of the
heavenly seas that we sail upon in everlasting life and also the need for
spreading God's fragrant love in the here and now to restore the light in the
life of every Christian and every church. The light is dimly lit in many
Christians and has gone out in many churches, they are country club type
atmospheres and no longer proclaim the good news of salvation. The intent
of this allegory is to show the need to restore and repair the light in the
hearts of every Christian and in the church today. So many live desolate
lives as displayed in the wasteland in the first painting above by David Van
Wormer. Jesus will light your life and send forth a fragrance of love, you
will be like a well watered garden oasis and lighthouse on a rocky coast sending
out a signal of direction and comfort in this lost and weary world that has so
many wastelands today. Jesus is coming again to take His Children to a new
earth and heaven. Start the journey to Paradise today with Jesus. We
are headed for Mt. Zion the New Jerusalem, a city where Jesus is the light on
the top of the mountain.
